⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Sushi & Friendly Service! Carrara Sushi is my one top Japanese food shop in GC!! The sushi/food is always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The variety is great, with plenty of options for both classic sushi lovers and those looking for something unique. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the dining experience even better. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic and tasty sushi in Carrara! Will definitely be coming back.

One of our favourite go-to sushi joints. You can always bet the food is super fresh. Great selection but we like to stick to our favourites including the grilled salmon, karage and california - the best! Prices are reasonable and the owners are friendly and warm.

An absolutely amazing sushi restaurant! The fish is incredibly fresh, the rolls are beautifully made, and every dish tastes outstanding. Long Established Sushi Restaurant. Offering a Great Variety of Freshly made Sushi. As Well as Cooked to Order Japanese Favourites. Located on Manchester Road. In the Woolworths Shopping Complex. Received a Friendly Welcome when I visited. Had a Salmon and Avocado Sushi Roll, Salmon Aburi and Tomago. All were Very Fresh and Delicious !

Tried the katsudon, pork was crispy and the sauce was perfect, not overly sweet or salty like some places. Friend had the chicken curry which was also great, good thick Japanese style sauce and meat stayed crunchy despite being covered in it

I’ve been coming to Carrara Sushi for 6 years, and their food is always fresh, delicious, and made with real care. The owners are genuinely kind people who make you feel welcome every time. It’s easily my favourite spot on the Gold Coast, and I’m grateful to have a place like this to come back to. Highly recommend!

Update: Came back today for my second visit and tried the Spicy Pork — absolutely loved it! Super flavorful and cooked perfectly. Still just as impressed as the first time! The ingredients for the sushi here are really fresh and they put in just enough to make it enjoyable. Totally recommended!
